0830 - Wildlife Watch

0930 - Lecture - The East Greenland Current, super informative, learned a bunch. 

1000 - 
FLASH SALE IN THE SHIPS STORE!!! Yes we scored a couple t-shirts, hiking pants and a patch. No sweaters  

We skipped an Antarctica briefing. 

1030 - Discovery Session- Deep in Time, A 45.3 meter tape measure where each centimeter represents one million years. Walk the length discover earths history. KEWL! 



1130 - Sailing into Storfjorden a good area for wildlife 

We opted out of the landing this afternoon and did some work on future trips. The Sept 2027 Greenland trip looks like a go with several discounts applied and a suite upgrade. 


Greenlands Chefs Table - This amazing 5 course meal was prepared by Inunnquaq Hegelund a Greenlandic Chef. He and his assistant Heidi are guests chefs on this sailing. 

The Meal started with Lightly Smoked Wild Scallops - I have never had such a melt in your mouth scallop. 

Then Snow Crab and Lumpfish Roe. 

Then came the Main Courses: 
Mosaic of Greenland Halibut followed by Beef from Narsaq. (The sauce was excellent and pared so well with the beef)

I have no clue why this will not rotate but just turn your computer upside down for the Menu 

Dessert was a puffed bun served next to a white chocolate ganache with salted caramel and a wild berry compote. 

Dinner ran late and we missed the briefing and caught the last bit of the tiny talk.
